Zero reporting for LLCs
The FINDETAILER "Zero activity" plan is for companies in Uzbekistan with no sales and one or two employees. We keep the books in 1C, file all mandatory reports, process 1–2 incoming invoices and run payroll. The fixed price is 3,000,000 soum a month.
What the "Zero activity" plan includes
- Bookkeeping in 1C.
- Preparing and filing mandatory tax and statistical reports.
- Processing 1–2 incoming invoices a month.
- Payroll for 1–2 employees, personal income tax (PIT) and social tax.
- Tracking deadlines and responding to tax authority notices.
Why file reports if there's no activity
Even if a company doesn't sell or buy anything, it remains a taxpayer: reports must be filed on time, and the salaries of the director and employees must be documented and taxed. Fines are charged for unfiled reports, and long "gaps" attract the tax authority's attention.
The "Zero activity" plan suits companies on pause, newly registered LLCs that haven't started operating yet, and holding structures with no transactions.
When the plan no longer fits
As soon as the company has sales, more than two employees or regular incoming documents, it needs the "Business" plan or a calculator estimate. We'll let you know in advance so the price doesn't come as a surprise.
